China OTR Tyre Supplier at Bauma 2025 Expo
Mining and construction tires are core components of engineering machinery, playing a crucial role in global energy development and infrastructure projects. However, as mining depths increase and extreme working conditions become the norm, traditional tires face significant challenges in terms of wear resistance, safety, and operational efficiency. This year, Chinese OTR tire suppliers also brought their latest tire products and solutions to the exhibition.
Techking Tire

Based on the insights gained from the European market, Techking tire has carefully selected a variety of tire products that are suitable for typical European scenarios. Star products such as giant tires, crane tires, and small-sized loader tires will be on display. Among them, crane tires are widely used by well-known European OEMs, and their performance is comparable to that of international first-tier brands. In response to local market demand, Techking tire also specially exhibited two small-sized loader products to accurately meet users’ scenario-based needs.
Zhongce Rubber Tire
- Westlake Tire: Engineering and mining tire solutions for high-intensity operations

Westlake Tire officially launched its new product, the 29.5R25 CB740, designed specifically for articulated dump trucks. This tire features a wide, robust block tread pattern, providing a larger contact area and enhanced stability, as well as excellent puncture resistance and wear performance. The tread depth is 17% deeper than the TRA standard E-4 tire tread, effectively extending the product’s lifespan. The multi-tread formulation is suitable for various operating conditions. The sidewall utilizes an upgraded formula, improving puncture resistance by 10% compared to standard products and reducing crack propagation speed by 15%, significantly enhancing overall tire durability.
In addition, Westlake tire also showcased tires designed for underground mining trucks and tires suitable for wheeled excavators.
- TIANLI Tire:Focus on multi-scenario application tires for forestry and agricultural equipment

The new product 800/45-30.5 FOREST GRIP exhibited this time is specially developed for forestry equipment and adopts an open pattern design to enhance self-cleaning ability. The unique pattern design evenly distributes the power of the equipment over the entire tire, reducing slippage while maximizing the use of the engine power. While being suitable for forestry machinery operations, its excellent high flotation performance, cutting resistance and traction performance can also be applied to articulated dump trucks.
- Arisun Tire

At this exhibition, Yonggu team introduced the latest AVT (anti-vibration, anti-slip belt) series tracks to customers. Both the structural design and the aesthetic appearance have been well received by customers, and they hope to cover more specifications with this design.
Forlander Tire
The Forlander port equipment tires ROCK GRIP IND-4 container handler tires is a high-performance, bias-ply tire designed specifically for empty container handlers in tire industrial and construction applications. Forlander solid telehandler tires unique ROCK GRIP compound provides exceptional heat resistance, stability, and durability, making it an ideal choice for demanding environments such as steelworks and industrial handling.
Outlook for the OTR tire market in the next ten years

The mining and construction tire industry is undergoing a paradigm shift from “experience-driven” to “data-driven”. For small and medium-sized enterprises, only by focusing on innovation in segmented scenarios and building a patent defense system can they open up a living space in a battlefield dominated by giants. The future belongs to those companies that transform technical pain points into patent assets and reshape industry rules with sustainable solutions.
Conclusion
The bauma 2025 exhibition highlighted the critical role of OTR tires in the construction and mining industries. As companies continue to innovate and focus on sustainability, the advancements in tire technology will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and safety. With the impressive displays and product offerings showcased at the event, it is clear that OTR tires are poised for significant growth and impact in the years to come.
