Bias Tyre Construction
Bias tye construction involves layering the tire’s plies in a crisscross pattern, also known as a bias or diagonal pattern. The plies run at an angle from one bead to the other, typically at an angle of 30 to 45 degrees. Bias tyre construction offers durability, sidewall strength, and flexibility, making them suitable for heavy duty and rugged applications. Most of the OTR tires are bias tyre construction.
