Basic Info about warranty
Forlander OTR TIRE QUALITY GUARANTEE
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and clarify the responsibilities of the tire factory for the products, in accordance with related laws and management regulations. Formulate the following “Regulations on Claims for Defective Products”.
Any claim settlement in our factory must be carried out in accordance with this regulation and provided relevant evidence, and then the engineering and technical engineer of our tire factory will conduct a review. Our factory has the final right to determine product defects. If there is any objection to the final judgment of the factory, it can be resolved through legal channels and procedures in accordance with the law.

THE CONDITON UNDER FORLANDER OTR TIRE QUALITY GUARANTEE
Within the scope of the guarantee, you will be eligible for guarantee if you reached the following criteria：
You are the owner or authorized representative of Forlander OTR tire；
Your tires have related import declaration certificate paper；
Your tires are only installed on the trucks recommended by the factory or dealer；
The time is limited to 2 years before the tire side DOT marking time；

Coverage of quality guarantee
The rate for compensation：
Compensation based on the tread depth of the tire proportionally. For specific details, please contact us.Claim quantity：
The amount of tire compensation that belongs to the quality problem shall not exceed of the order quantity based on same pattern and size.

This tire warranty does not cover irregular wear or damage of the tire caused by the following reasons
Road rishs (including perforations, cuts, tears, impact breaks, etc.)；
Accident, collision or fire accident；
Unreasonable use, overload, speeding, damage caused by chains, or improper assembly or disassembly；
Used on vehicles that do not match；
The tread depth is ETD but still used, or the rim is damaged, or the damage is caused by other reasons of the vehicle；
After the Forlander tires are shipped from the factory, the tires are changed to other appearance (for example, white inlay on black tires);
Cracks caused by weather and the date of manufacture is 2 years ago；
The tire warranty is limited to local vehicles；
Retreaded tires and defective tires；
Accidental or intentional damage, improper calibration, poor wheel balance, malfunction of the shock absorber or brake；
The mechanical state of the vehicle, including incorrect calibration, poor rim balance, shock absorber or brake failure；
Poor tire application and improper use of inner tube；
The tires are assembled on non-standard rims specified by Forlander factory；
The tire modification, adding unrelated ingredients, not used on the same vehicles type；
The tire loading,unloading or balancing damage；
After the tire leaves the tire factory, the material is added twice (such as filler, sealant or balance material), and if the added material causes the tire problem, it will not be included；

Required documents and pictures when applying for compensation.
Regarding defective tires, the importer/agent needs to provide and fill form and provide it to the factory
